Brittany Wolfe has been a valued member of the team at EXIT Town & Lake Realty for more than three years. She began her journey with the brokerage as the Office Manager, where she gained valuable industry experience and developed a passion for supporting both clients and property owners. After earning her real estate license, Brittany transitioned into her current role as Property Manager, where she now works full-time overseeing the company’s property management operations.

With a background in management, hospitality, and customer service, Brittany brings strong organization, communication, and client care to her role. She is committed to creating a positive experience for both property owners and tenants while ensuring properties are managed efficiently and with attention to detail.

Brittany lives in beautiful Clarksville—Virginia’s only lakeside town—where she enjoys life with her wonderful husband, their two dogs, Macie and Miller, and their cat, Pumpkin. Being part of such a close-knit lake community makes her especially passionate about the homes and people she works with every day.
