Ann was born in Newport News, Virginia, and has called Mecklenburg County home for over 25 years. She has built a strong connection to the South Hill community, where she has formed lasting friendships and deep local roots. Ann graduated with honors from Brunswick High School in 2004, continued her education at Southside Virginia Community College, and went on to earn her degree from Old Dominion University, graduating with distinction.

A proud wife and mother of three, Ann values family above all and has been married to her husband, Bryan, since 2015. She enjoys spending time at the beach, especially in the Outer Banks, where she finds time to relax and recharge.

With a background in the housing industry and sales, Ann has developed a passion for real estate and is excited to turn that passion into a rewarding career. She is proud to be part of the team at EXIT Town & Lake Realty and looks forward to serving her community with dedication and enthusiasm.
